Short-Term Rental Agreement & House Rules

1. Booking & Payment Policy
By booking this stay, you agree to the nightly rate, cleaning fees, and taxes as outlined in your reservation summary.

Cancellations:

We are a family-run stay and cancellations impact us significantly.

A 24-hour cancellation period applies This allows guests to cancel for a full for up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed, as long as the reservation was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.

Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive a 50% refund

If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they’ll receive no refund

2. Occupancy & Visitors
Our condo is designed for a maximum of 10 guests.

This limit is set by local fire codes and our HOA.

Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

While we love a good gathering, please keep daytime visitors to a minimum and ensure they depart by 10:00 PM.
3. The "Hospitality Professional" Rule (Noise & Parties)
As owners of local bars and restaurants, we love a vibrant atmosphere—but we also value our relationships with our neighbors.

No Parties: This condo is a sanctuary, not a venue. Large parties, loud music, or disruptive events will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
4. Care of the Property
This condo is our passion project and our personal family getaway. We ask that you treat it with the same respect you would your own home.

Smoking: This is a strictly 100% Smoke-Free property (including the balcony). A $250.00 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.

Damages: Accidents happen! Please report any breakages immediately. We reserve the right to charge damage to furniture, electronics, or the structure to our guests. The condo is inspected before every check in and after every check out.

Kitchen Use: We ask that you start the dishwasher upon departure.
5. Liability & Safety

Personal Items: We are not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Safety: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.

Children: While we are family-oriented, the condo is not "child-proofed." Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
6. Agreement
By completing your booking and checking the "I Agree" box on our website, you are entering into a legal agreement for transient lodging. This is not a lease, and no landlord-tenant relationship is created.
