Refund Policy

Cancellation and booking confirmation times are always based on the local time zone for the listing. (Eastern Standard Time)

A 24-hour cancellation period applies. This allows guests to cancel for a full refund for up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed, as long as the reservation was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.

Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund 

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they’ll receive a 50% refund. 

If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they’ll receive no refund.
