Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

1. Reservation Requests

All stays must be requested through our Request a Quote form. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Your reservation is only confirmed once:

  • You receive a formal price quote from us

  • You accept the quote

  • Your invoice is paid in full (unless otherwise stated)

We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.

2. Payment & Invoices

Once you accept your quote, an invoice will be issued. Your reservation is not secured until payment is received.

If payment is not completed by the due date listed on the invoice, the dates may be released to other guests.

 

3. Taxes & Fees

All reservations are subject to applicable Maryland state and local taxes, including but not limited to:

  • Lodging/room tax

  • State sales tax

  • County or municipal occupancy taxes (if applicable)

These taxes will be clearly listed on your quote and invoice.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. If applicable, it will be listed on your quote and invoice.

Deductions may be made for:

  • Damage

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Missing items

  • Policy violations

Any remaining balance will be refunded within 10 days of checkout.

 

7. Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑in: 3:00 PM

  • Check‑out: 10:00 AM

8. Liability

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings. We are not liable for:

  • Accidents or injuries occurring on the property

  • Loss of personal items

  • Weather‑related issues or travel delays

Guests must ensure children and vulnerable individuals are supervised at all times.

 

9. Use of Property

The property may not be used for:

  • Commercial photography

  • Filming

  • Events

  • Parties

  • Any illegal activity

Unauthorized use may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

 

10. Agreement

By submitting a reservation request, accepting a quote, or paying an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
